The Necromancy system is now implemented.
Following the implementation of the Races, naturally the Racial Skills also need to be in place, so to complete the Soulless Race the Necromancer skill has been added, the racial skills are totally custom skills and adhere to the lore of thes erver, so they do not follow normal UO lore.
